What if I miss a workout?

If you miss a workout, it's not a big deal; you can just do it the next day. It won't interrupt your progress or development.

FizzUp will intelligently reprogram the rest of your workouts. Be careful, however, to not let too much time pass, because you'll run the risk of losing the benefits of your fitness training so far and seeing your progress regress, which causes your Rhythm to turn red.

If you have trouble remembering to work out, you can try to get into new fitness habits by establishing a daily routine and repeating it regularly.

If you're having trouble remembering work out, you can also try getting into new fitness habits and making them a part of your everyday routine by doing your workout every other day.
