It's better to complete your Focus programs the same day as your workout so that your muscles have an entire day to rest. Don't do more than two Focus programs at the same time in addition to your FizzUp workout.
You can choose the order in which you'd like to complete your workout and Focus program.
- A strength training workout followed by a Full-Body Focus program.
You'll have energy for your 20-minute routine and you can then choose whether you want to add a Focus program at the end or not, depending on how you feel.
- A Focus program followed by a strength training workout.
This will allow you to finish with the Stretching Add-on at the end of your strength training workout, if you've activated it.
