With just three workouts a week, which is about one hour of exercise, FizzUp can help you get truly visible results in just the first few weeks. The duration of each workout is in line with the results of recent research carried out by the American College of Cardiology Foundation, who have shown that the ideal, in terms of how often and how long you should exercise, is three workouts a week for a total of 80 minutes.
The structure of each FizzUp workout is based on different fitness training cycles that will allow you to make progress while still allowing your muscles to repair. Each cycle, or level, lasts three to seven weeks. Workouts become progressively more demanding during the week.
