How can I adapt the workouts to suit my ability?

Some workouts may be more difficult than others, especially if you've activated all the Add-ons, available when you subscribe to FizzUp PRO. If this happens, you may not be able to do the recommended number of repetitions during strength training or you may not be able to make it through an entire Cal Burner or Six-Pack Add-on, which you can add to your workout as a PRO subscriber.

If you feel the need, go ahead and take a break for a few seconds before finishing your reps. A break will help you finish the set or the Add-on you're doing.

If in the end you find the Add-ons too difficult, you can easily change the level of difficulty.
