If you experience pain while working out, don't force yourself to continue. First, pause the workout (at the top right-hand side of your screen) and read the exercise description.
Correct your posture. You may be doing the exercise incorrectly. For example, you may need to put a pillow under your hips if you experience any pain in your spine while doing crunches. You can also raise your hips and curve your back if you experience back pain during any plank exercise. Listen to your body. If you're not sure how to do an exercise correctly, click the "pause" button to access a list of the exercises in your workout and their instructions.
Adjust the exercise so that you no longer feel discomfort and tap "Play" to continue.
