Can I use FizzUp while doing another physical activity?

FizzUp is ideal for complementing your fitness routine and helping you prepare for any other physical activity. As a full-body program, you'll work each part of your body in order to correct any muscle imbalance caused by sports such as tennis or cycling.

FizzUp develops your strength and endurance to improve your fitness performance. For example, if you run, you'll be able to lengthen your stride and run for longer. If you play football or other sport, you'll be stronger and more energetic while also being able to move and accelerate quickly and easily.
